This small ice cream freezer is called countertop gelato freezer as well. It has a small volume but large displaying spaces. 6~7 pcs of GN 1/3 Pans to keep the Gelato; since it has a small volume, the cost will be much lower than a freestanding type Gelato freezer.

It is equipped with 3 layers of glasses, which keep the energy effective. It has a powerful refrigeration system to offer a steady low temperature since the Gelato has a sensitive requirement about the temperature.
